Yes you can play via many windows accounts.

I suppose you can use the same method like in the next post

It is possible to play more than one casino at a time.
All you need to do is to set up another user on your pc.
And load up MMMX.
We did this when we collected numbers.
Had more than one user created.

So to summer rise how to do this.
Go to Start.
Go to Control Panel
Go to User Accounts
Create another account.

That easy.

Not advisable to play more than one casino at a time.
As you will have to swap and see how the other one is doing all the time.
But if you have money to burn.
Then of you go.
