Hi
I have a question about the camera settings. Is roulette automatic will also be useful for this project and Vesta Rol tables. Generally speaking, the condition must be satisfied with the setting of the camera.

I`m sure we all have many questions about the software and what it actually does.
Lets get it released first and start testing then ask questions.
I have many questions now, but seeing and testing will answer many of them for me.

Hi...

I have been playing some live roulette the last couple of days just to see how the dealers spin the wheel and how many seconds we have to bet after the wheel is spun..

Some dealers actually spin the wheel 2-3 seconds before times up for betting..

What I have understood from this project is that we bet after the wheel is spun so the software can recognize the speed of the wheel and the ball.. And the dealers signature..

But some dealers spin the wheel after the time is up... If we bet in that situation we can't have any prediction, I would think... Huh?

I see the wheel is spun and the ball is thrown, if the software can predict from 2-4 rounds of the ball I think we great opportunity to use the software to our advantage... Grin

Like Scudger said: We all have many questions, specially on the release day..

Cheers

You are right.

This is exactly what we want to use for our software.

But some dealers spin the wheel after the time is up... If we bet in that situation we can't have any prediction, I would think...

So we will wait for such rounds.

The software will run whole day and will check when this will happen.

I think only when the software will be ready we will receive answer to everything.

The good news is next: from 10 rounds the software was able to suggest the right number 3 times.

So this is the rate and we try to improve it more.

Some time before this rate was lower but even with this the system always was in profit.

Now the rate is much more and we will try to maximize this rate more and more.

The idea is that we found there some bugs.

So the software suggested wrong data when the video connection to casino is not stable.

Now we have to solve some technical problems like Internet connection with the server also to optimize the software because not all players will be able to make an ideal place for this software.

Simple to say we want to make the software to run in the most worst conditions.

If everything was perfect then this was very simple.

Relate to the rounds we collected then for that rounds we was able to make a winning system.

These days I think I will be able to tell you more about this project but for the moment we still have there some things to solve.

Anyway I will keep you all updated.

If the soft can come out on top this is very good.

Admin Poderi enable us to release a real test already.

Hi Admin & everyone,

Yes... I thought about this having seen problems when playing or watching the image of a live wheel. Admin rightly say :

Quote
So the software suggested wrong data when the video connection to casino is not stable.

Ok, well from my technical experience of using video streaming across an internal network, i.e. we have a video camera supplying an image of a live wheel, to a number of touchscreen player terminals in a landbased casino, which is a system I looked after. Some systems used interlacing technology with grabber cards, where the chrominance (colour part of the video signal) was added to the luminance & grey scale, which needed speeds of around 15mb/s to work without interuption of delays with small 'freezes'.

But in our case, we are looking at the live wheel streaming data coming from Latvia on Playtech Casino's (they all appear to be the same image), which appears to be the central source of live wheel video for all the Playtech sites. My guess is, they are maybe using only a bare minimum specification to produce these images. Because as far as they are concerned, the wheel image is merely a 'guide', & is not important to have fast data speed for wheel image, but more priority is given to betting procedure (no more bets & winning/ place bets communication & payout comms).

I could go right into this with connection speed of GB/s, full or half duplex comms, the FPS rating of the wheel camera used etc etc... but this will be of no benifit to us guys!, so I will try to suggest some practical steps we could take to try to get a more stable image of the live wheel to get better result from our system in the making.

Right, may I suggest that firstly, your ISP (internet service provider) may offer several different options of connection speed, the faster it is, the more expensive the package generally speaking. For a decent stable image with video content or streaming, I suggest a minimum speed from your ISP of 2mb/s, to give better results. But of course regardless of this, we are still dependant upon the speed or quality of the data streaming of the wheel camera from our source in Latvia.

With all due respect, Latvia is hardly an affluent country, so my guess is they have hardly splashed out on a lavish or quality system (high quality, high spec data switches, video streaming protocol used, & high quality wheel camera spec), unless Playtec have made them adere to a minimum specification?. But as I said previously, with it being just the 'wheel image', then bare minimum specification may have been used, as it is 'low priority' as far as they are concerned (but not us!!)  Wink

So barring what we are able to do at our end to ensure stable images with our ISP speed we choose, the rest is in their hands so to speak. So perhaps we use a UK live wheel image,  Smiley  from one of the independants to Playtech... like Dublin bet perhaps?. I have to say that the live wheel images coming from there appear to be more stable than the Playtech ones, maybe because they have better quality system setup for this, being a UK company, not something of Europeon or Latvian origin?.

We could all take a look at the alternative independant providers to Playtech, like Dublin Bet, or how about 32 Red?, have not looked at their live wheel video for quality of feed?. If anyone else could suggest other independants, & find a better one than Playtech, then perhaps we can all gain an advantage when the appp is released by Admin?  Wink .

Problem being, is 'speading out' the winnings carefully to avoid any alerts!  Wink . That is one advantage when using Playtech, we have many Casino's in which to spread our bets, whereas with small independant, we will have to be careful when it comes down to amounts won!.

Any suggestions here as to independants we could use or take a look at, with regard to quality of video of the live wheel feed (consistancy with no freezing or delays). This may prove useful to us all in the long run I guess. Hope this info may help out a bit   Cheesy .

Cheers everyone   Smiley .

Lets deal with one thing at a time.
Until Admin has finished all updates and we have tested against Playtech we may or may not need to look elsewhere.
Why make more work ?
We will cross that bridge if and when we have to.
I`m sure Admin would`nt waste his time and money on something that is a dead end.

Hi.. yes I agree...

Quote
Why make more work ?

But this is not the object... I was merely trying to make suggestions as far as what we can do, to make the wheel video quality better from our end.

The result we get will only be as good as the data we get, & if the wheel image data is poor, then the software will have problems when trying to analyse bad data, that is pure fact. Good data i.e. more stable wheel image, will only help us all to get better results with winning!  Smiley .

I`m sure Admin would`nt waste his time and money on something that is a dead end.

I & everyone else on here would never try to suggest this, & by saying what I have, I was certainly not inferring this!.

After all.... was it you who said in an earlier post here "JUST SAY NO TO NEGATIVE THINKING" .... which is exactly what I am trying to do!  Grin .

I am merely trying to be helpful... not complicate matters or be negative in the least! .

Thanks, your input is however appreciated, I like to hear differences of opinion  Smiley . Cheers, lets all stay focussed here.

Hi friends..

We all see things in a different perspective and that is okay... We all have our opinion of this project..

I don't think members are negative of what admin is about to develop to us, admin is doing an excellent work for us and we are helping him when we can..

We said yes to this project and we will end it together.. I'm pretty sure all of us are sitting in the same boat and going in the same direction.. Cheesy

For me in this forum you are all friends, and if I found a way to beat the god damn wheel I would share with you in private.. Cheesy

I don't read pug879 as negative in this thread, he is only helping us or admin.. Pug879 has some knowledge in the casino world..

What I think about this project is that, we are all so excited that no one must come here and say anything negative when we are so focused to see the result.

I have and you have lost money to the roulette wheel, so we all want the same in here..  Grin
