When trying to install casino software I am getting this message.

"This installation package could not be opened. Verify
that the package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the vendor to verify that it is a valid Windows
installer package."

I upgraded Windows installer with no change.
This is only happening with any casino software I try to install.
Tried many different casino's.
