al the software from the platinum pallet does not open..It says file not found.
When I try to change it with comatibelity it gives another warning please contact MMM support team.error:rbs account does not exist.
when I hit okay it says RBS will now close
When I hit okay it says expected retrun value not received and error reading from socket
What is the problem?

I suppose you have Windows 7 this is why you need to set on your computer some things.
